Mike Long plays guitar and sings both lead and harmony with Gloria Belle. He became acquainted with Gloria in 1969 while she was a member of Jimmy martin’s band. Mike played many personal appearances, TV shows, and benefits with Gloria Belle and became her singing partner in 1986. Mike plays a traditional driving style of bluegrass guitar. Mike and Gloria were married on September 23, 1989. Many also know Mike as the builder of Mike Long Guitars (Click Here to visit Mike Long Guitars website).

G.R. Davis plays bass with the group and sings baritone and bass on the vocals. He was a free-lance musician in Indianapolis and Chicago for a number of years before moving to Nashville. He is now active in playing here. In 1991, while attending one of Teddy Walker’s "Full Moon" bluegrass parties in Nashville, G.R. casually wandered up with his bass and politely asked Gloria belle and Mike if he could join in. He’s been "joining in" ever since.

Ray Edwards plays banjo with Gloria Belle. He has played with many musicians including The Trinity Mountain Boys, Tom T. Hall, Sammy Kershaw and Randy Travis. Ray plays in a tradional style reminicent of the late 1950’s and early 1960’s and is very adept at evoking the bouyancy and melodic sensibility of that era. Complimentary to Gloria's traditional sylings, Ray's driving banjo lends particular excitement to the Tennessee Sunshine instrumentals.
